Recipe: Fresh and light peach smoothie


Serve this refreshing peach and cantaloupe smoothie on a warm summer day. Use frozen fruit for a thick and slushy smoothie — perfect for after a morning workout


Cantaloupe and Peach Smoothie

Total Time: 5 minutes



1 ripe peach, skin on, without the pit
½ cup ripe cantaloupe chunks
1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons orange or apple juice



Cut fruit into chunk-size pieces.

Add fruit to food processor or blender.

Add yogurt, honey and fruit juice.

Blend until smooth.
