Light and Tasty Pineapple Angel Food Cake
Serves: 12 servings
  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • 1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple (in its own juice). Do not drain.
  • 1 8-ounce carton fat-free whipped topping
  1. Mix the angel food cake mix as directed on the package.
  2. Gently stir in the un-drained crushed pineapple.
  3. Pour into an ungreased 13- x 9-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  6. Ice the cake with the whipped topping.
