Recipe: Watermelon-blueberry ice pops
Recipe type: Dessert, Fruit
Serves: 10 ice pops
You'll need freezer-pop molds to make this fruity summer treat.
  • 3-3⁄4 cups chopped seedless watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons sugar (or skip the sugar altogether)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  1. Puree watermelon, lime juice and sugar, if you're using it, in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Divide blueberries among the molds.
  3. Top with the watermelon mixture.
  4. Insert the sticks and freeze until completely firm, about 6 hours.
  5. Dip the molds briefly in hot water before un-molding, then gently slide each ice pop out of its mold to serve.
  6. These ice pops can stay frozen for up to 3 weeks.
