  • 2 cups mandarin oranges or clementine segments
  • ½ cup hot black tea
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  1. Prepare hot black tea according to package directions.
  2. Place mandarin oranges or clementine segments in a small bowl. Pour hot tea over them and drizzle with honey. Toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with cardamom. Serve warm.
