Recipe: Grilled Peach Sundae

Serves: 2 servings
  • 2 peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 teaspoon canola or vegetable oil
  • 2 scoops nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 graham cracker, crushed (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  1. Preheat grill to high. If cooking indoors, a grill pan will work, also.
  2. Brush peach halves with oil and place on grill.
  3. Grill until tender.
  4. Place 2 peach halves in two bowls and top each with a scoop of frozen yogurt. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and/or a few small mint leaves on top for garnish if you'd like.
