Ingredients
  • ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¾ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup pineapple cubes (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup packed spinach
  • 2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut
  • Ice as needed
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients together in a blender and combine until smooth and creamy.
