Red, White & Blue Yogurt Parfaits
Serves: 4 servings
- 2 cups fresh or unsweetened frozen mixed berries (i.e., blueberries + raspberries and/or sliced strawberries)
- 2 cups low-fat or fat-free plain or flavored Greek yogurt
- 2 cups low-fat granola
- Place ¼ cup yogurt into the bottom of four glasses. Top with ¼ cup fruit, then ¼ cup granola. Add another ¼ cup yogurt and ¼ cup fruit. Top with ¼ cup granola.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
