Angela L. Jefferson, Ph.D., is professor of Neurology and director of the Vanderbilt Memory and Alzheimer’s Center at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Her research investigates cardiovascular and cerebrovascular mechanisms affecting the pathogenesis and clinical manifestation of Alzheimer’s disease and cerebrovascular disease in humans.
