Anup Challa is a student in chemical engineering at Vanderbilt University. He is principal investigator of MADRE (Modeling Adverse Drug Reactions in Embryos), a multi-institutional initiative to develop data-driven methods for predicting drug teratogenicity. He holds an Intramural Research Training Award at the National Institutes of Health and a Visiting Research Fellowship with the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School.
