James Phillips, M.D., is assistant professor of otolaryngology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and a clinical otolaryngologist with Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. His focus is on facial plastics and reconstructive surgery that addresses pediatric cleft lip and palate and vascular malformations.
